PROGRAMS WITH THE E.N.D. IN MIND
LEADER
Legacy of Leadership. A Vision for the Future.
LEGACY
Since 1999, this organization has been more than a commitment—it has been a cornerstone of my life. Serving as a Life Member, I've been continually inspired by the shared mission and unwavering dedication of our members. Every role I’ve held has been driven by purpose, service, and a desire to contribute meaningfully.

Organizational Leadership
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of serving in various leadership capacities:
-
Club President for 10 years.
-
Financial Secretary for the Southeast District for 6 years.
-
Chairing mandated programs and holding positions at both the District and National levels.

Legacy of Resilience
As Governor of the Southeast District during the pandemic, we navigated uncharted territory. With members spread across eight states, ranging from youth to seniors, we reimagined how to stay connected. Through innovative communication strategies, new teams were formed to bridge distances, support local clubs, and honor those we lost along the way. It was a time of challenge—but also a time of powerful resilience and unity. These experiences have deepened my understanding of our organization’s unique strengths, evolving needs, and a renewed vision of our legacy of leadership and innovation.

Vision for the Future
As your National First Vice President, my focus is clear:
-
Empower clubs with the tools to implement impactful, meaningful programs.
-
Launch a streamlined reporting process that is accessible to all—regardless of technological skill.
-
Provide immediate support and training to ensure no one is left behind.

Programming with the E.N.D. in mind
The true legacy of this organization lies in its members. With decades of service and a forward-thinking approach, I believe we are ready to grow even stronger.

E – Educate - To ensure program effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals, a Quality Program Rubric will be implemented to evaluate and improve programs. Targeted training sessions will support this by strengthening member skills in data collection, reporting, and use of the rubric.
This approach promotes consistency, accountability, and ongoing improvement across programs.
N – Network & Navigate - Encourage open communication and strengthen our channels for sharing insights and best practices across clubs, while ensuring seamless data flow and Reporting through the use of user-friendly, collaborative software.
D – Deliver - To keep program goals in focus, we will provide continuous education on Key Performance Indicator (KPI) measures and support Clubs in achieving targets, capturing data, and refining the COPR and YEPR reporting processes.

Thank you for your support, trust, and the opportunity
to serve this incredible community,
